The Role – Behaviour Support Worker:
6. Implement tailored behaviour management plans to promote positive behaviour and address any disruptions effectively
7. Small Group Behaviour Support and 1:1
8. Deliver targeted support to small groups and to individual students to address behavioural challenges and encourage positive interactions
9. Multiple FREE online CPD courses – SEN, Mental Health & Safeguarding
10. Provide mentoring and emotional guidance to help students build resilience, enhance self-esteem, and navigate social interactions effectively
11. Assist teachers in managing classroom dynamics and supporting students with behavioural needs during lessons and activities
Behaviour Support Mentor: Requirements:
12. Genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people and children
13. Previous experience in a similar role supporting behaviour and/or additional learning needs is essential for consideration.
14. Strong academic background
15. Empathy, patience, strong communication skills, and resilience to meet diverse needs
