Your Responsibilities as a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer will include:
* Provide 2nd Line desktop support to users in response to tickets raised by phone, email, or instant chat.
* Liaise with 3rd parties: Software and system suppliers that you need to escalate issues to.
* Visiting sites where needed to resolve issues raised.
* Investigate and resolve issues and problems by working with the client, in-house team, and/or 3rd party suppliers.
* Manage your own workload of tickets, ensuring SLAs are met.
* Ensuring client confidentiality is always kept.
Your Skills & Experience:
* Windows Desktop: Including Windows 10 and 11.
* Apple Mac knowledge.
* Microsoft 365 environment including Office 365 and Azure AD.
* Networking, LAN, WAN, and Firewalls.
* Google Workspace knowledge.
* Great communication skills in all areas.
