Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a Logistics Administrator to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Day-to-day of the role: Liaise with customers to book in delivery and installations Update outstanding orders with revised dispatch dates Maintain spreadsheets on short fall orders and communicate any delays to customers Prepare delivery notes and shipping invoices, and book transport via supplier portal Liaise with couriers for pallet and parcel deliveries, and freight forwarders for international import and export Coordinate sales and warehouse activities over deliveries and daily orders Raise delivery notes and invoices on shipping and prepare documentation packs for client approvals Support with maintenance of fleet e.g. booking in MOT and services etc Support sales team with ongoing customer communication Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunities for professional growth and development A supportive and collaborative work environment
