This is a 6-month FTC (30 hours/week), followed by a Relief contract covering estates in Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire.
Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, throughout the year.
Salary: £21,490.34 (plus benefits and bonus for the 6-month FTC), and £13.77/hour for Relief hours (fuel paid).

About the Role of a House Manager
We are looking for a customer-centric House Manager to uphold our high standards. The role involves enhancing residents' quality of life, managing community events, and liaising with homeowners. Experience in customer service or front-line roles is preferred.
Key responsibilities include:
* Welcoming and supporting new homeowners.
* Providing front-of-house services and visitor management.
* Being the primary contact for homeowners' support and advice.
* Collaborating with partners and suppliers to ensure estate smooth operation.
* Representing McCarthy Stone to families and visitors.
* Handling homeowners' issues with confidentiality and sensitivity.
* Managing gardens and grounds to ensure safety and aesthetics.
* Facilitating social activities and community engagement.
* Adhering to health and safety regulations.
Candidate competencies:
* Excellent communication and a positive attitude.
* Experience in customer service roles.
* Professional approach with high standards.
* Ability to handle a dynamic, busy environment.
* Resilience and problem-solving skills.
* Basic health and safety awareness.
* Computer literacy (Word, Outlook).
* First aid qualifications are advantageous but training will be provided.
