Lead IT Field Engineer based in Leeds with travel around Yorkshire. Maintain end-user environment availability and functionality, take ownership of complex technical tasks, support infrastructure improvement projects, and optimise IT system investment. Deliver excellent customer service and support, with a proactive approach to work and meticulous attention to detail. Key responsibilities include supporting Microsoft O365, deploying and installing software, managing Active Directory, troubleshooting printers and PC hardware problems, and conducting basic network and connectivity troubleshooting. Requirements include experience in tier 2 technical support, desktop operating systems, software packaging, mobile device management and deployment tools, and Microsoft O365, with excellent interpersonal skills and a basic understanding of network troubleshooting. Driving License and access to a vehicle are essential.
