JOB SUMMARY The Client Services Coordinator (CSC) works closely with Account Managers to source product that fits the expectations and goals of our clients through the power of merchandise. This includes creating product presentations, maximizing profitability through proper quoting, and following the project through delivery. This is a hybrid position working 3 days in office and 2 days from home. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Work with assigned account managers in driving BDA value and meeting customer needs. Attend client meetings with the account manager to understand the client needs and the brand. Create documents for sales proposals, correspondence, and management reports. Update and maintain orders through internal system. Source products and ideate based on differentiation strategy and client needs. Monitor project progress and maintain deadlines. Research, create and maintain vendor relationships. Negotiate costs to maximize profits. Work as a team with sales, production, creative services, supplier services, accounting, warehouse, et al. to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain exceptional attendance and punctuality. Able to handle multiple responsibilities with competing deadlines. Maintain high levels of professionalism. Exhibit high levels of service to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Other job duties and projects as assigned. JOB SKILLS AND TRAITS Knowledge of BDA supplier base helpful but not required. Customer Service skills, including ability to work effectively with clients. Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders. General knowledge of Microsoft Office. Basic project management skills. Ability to learn and maintain processes while working in a fast-paced environment, with changing priorities. Expert interpersonal and organizational Exposure to negotiation skills. QUALIFICATIONS 1-2 years of experience in sales or sales support – ad specialty, merchandise industries, a plus Fluent in English BDA is more than a workplace - it’s a family.
