Location: Fareham, Hampshire, UK | Package: - Basic Salary up to 115k - Bonus up to 30% of basic - Car Allowance £730pm - OTE £158k (based upon full salary and bonus potential)
A values based innovative manufacturing company providing advanced mechanical assemblies to the Aerospace sector are seeking a General Manager.
This is a chance to become site leader of a well established highly reputable Aerospace Manufacturer whose solutions are critical to the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft!
With your effective communication skills combined with ambition you'll be able to build upon their operational excellence by taking on more exciting projects. These could be high value low volume projects that will continuously evolve the sites capabilities and continue to cement their status within the industry. Senior Management are all committed and driven professionals, approachable in their nature and very keen to further support the introduction of new products and to continuously evolve within their own professions.
