We have a lovely new administrative role with Oxfam Ireland just released for their Dunmurray location. Immediate start required. This role will be to support the Warehousing Team so will involve customer service, data management, report running and general administration duties. This is an initial 6 week contract with potential extension and permanent opportunities. The salary is £12.00ph. Monday to Friday Full Time. Starting time between 8.00am and 9.00am, finishing between 16.00pm and 17.00pm. CRITERIA The ideal candidate will be experienced and competent working with Excel and IT systems. Ability to analyse detailed information and produce keyreports from relevant systems and data sources Strong database experience and knowledge of interrogating data and producing targeted reports Key Support responsibilities The post holder will provide general administration support for the Retail function, identifying improvements in efficiency and effectiveness including: Maintain and update all appropriate Trading information on the Retail EPOS system Completion of monthly survey reports and database queries Maintaining secure and confidential paperwork, records/filing/archiving etc. Participate and provide support for weekly/fortnightly communication bulletins to the organisation Circulate Trading KPI reports generated from the Retail EPOS system on a daily and weekly basis when requested by key stakeholders Provide analysis and league tables to the Retail team in conjunction with key stakeholders Place purchase orders on Finance System and communicate with suppliers as required Circulate shop profit and loss reports on a monthly basis to all stores North and South Be the main point of contact to deal with any shop related queries or requests Support Warehouse / Distribution function for shop related activities as directed by the DCM Provide EPOS or limited/occasional technical support to shops and trading management Perform administration duties e.g. responding to trading-related inquiries from other departments or people outside the organisation, welcoming and advising guests arriving at the warehouse and taking calls during Business Support Officers absence.
