If you want to work for a modern progressive forward looking dynamic fast growing company and work with a friendly close supporting team, this could be the role for you Reporting to Divisional Manager Key Role Objectives • Liaising and working closely with contract and site management • Ordering of materials • Responding to internal and external emails on a daily basis • Invoicing • Managing the daily tracker of works • Diary Management What you will need • Previous experience of working in a fast paced administrative role • Be able to work accurately, with good attention to detail • Be confident in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word • Ability to manage your own workload independently and work as part of a team is essential • Have good spoken and written communication skills, able to effectively communicate with stakeholders The salary will ultimately be based on the perfect candidate as we are looking for a permanent addition to their team.
