Role

and responsibilities;

1. Offer precise and relevant information to customers regarding the products and training services.

2. Ensure prompt and accurate recording of customer information for future reference.

3. Maintain regular contact with allocated accounts to generate consistent orders.

4. Introduce new products to existing customers and keep their information up to date.

5. Proactively reach out to prospective customers to explore new business opportunities.

6. Issue quotations and diligently follow up to secure sales.

7. Negotiate sales terms and bring deals to a successful conclusion.

8. Work towards achieving sales targets set by the Head of Sales.

9. Liaise effectively with other team members to coordinate efforts and share relevant information.

10. Confirm and update customer information systematically on the database after interactions.

11. Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer records.

12. Continuously improve technical product knowledge through professional development.

13. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.

14. Undertake additional responsibilities as required from time to time to support the overall sales function.



About you

Someone looking to grow their experience - £24-26k




15. Customer service experience




16. Good Admin - Word, Excel, Outlook etc




17. Confident on the phone and corresponding over email




18. Open to be trained up on cold calling, negotiating and B to B selling and managing client relationships




Someone with experience - £26-32K




19. Experienced sales professional




20. Used to managing their own portfolio of clients




21. Used to working to KPI's and Targets




22. Has B to B selling experience




23. Comfortable cold calling and negotiating




24. Strong customer service/client relationship skills




25. Excellent admin




26. Confident communicator



The role is % office based and will involve interacting with customers over the phone and via written communication.
