Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Are you an experienced team leader or supervisor in retail or hospitality, looking to progress further into a management role? We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join one of our retail home store teams. Your organisational skills and proactive approach will be crucial in selling our preloved items.
The Opportunity
Our Warehouse Supervisors work alongside the management team to deliver key objectives and ensure efficient stock movement to generate sales. You will respond quickly and positively to fast-changing situations by creating a safe and productive working environment.
This role is varied, fast-paced, and hands-on. Due to the volume of collections, deliveries, and donations, it is physically demanding but rewarding, as you contribute to funding life-saving research.
What Are We Looking For?
* Experienced warehouse or stockroom team leader or supervisor in retail, hospitality, or a customer-focused industry
* Stock management experience is desirable but not essential
* Motivated, proactive, and commercially driven to lead a team
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
* Results-driven, resilient, and adaptable to business needs
This role requires flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis, as our stores trade 7 days a week.
