Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and thought-provoking psychology lessons to KS4 and KS5 students. Develop and implement a curriculum that promotes critical thinking and the application of psychological concepts to real-world situations. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and independent thought. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to departmental development. Qualifications and Experience: A degree in Psychology or a related field. A teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent). Proven experience teaching psychology at secondary school level is preferred.
