We're currently recruiting on behalf of a leading supplier of Steel Framing Systems (SFS) who are looking to expand their commercial reach by hiring a dynamic Sales Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a high-quality product range and work directly with contractors, developers, and end-users across the UK. Key Responsibilities: Actively promote and sell SFS products to end-users within the construction sector Develop and manage new business relationships while maintaining existing client accounts Attend client meetings, site visits, and product presentations Understand client requirements and provide technical advice or support where required (training will be provided) Collaborate with internal teams (estimating, design, and operations) to support the sales process Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and prepare regular activity and pipeline reports Attend relevant industry events and networking opportunities to build the company's market presence Requirements: Previous experience in a B2B sales role, ideally within construction or building products Knowledge of SFS, light gauge steel, or related building envelope systems highly desirable Proven ability to identify leads, close deals, and manage a full sales cycle Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong commercial awareness and customer service orientation Ability to travel as required for client meetings and site visits Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to build a long-term career in technical sales What's on Offer: Competitive base salary performance-based commission Company car or allowance (if applicable) Supportive team environment with progression opportunities Permanent, full-time position with a reputable and growing company
