Our client, a global leader of highly regarded facial aesthetics products, is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their expanding team, and cover the Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Northamptonshire territory.
Your role
You will promote aesthetic dermatology products and win new business, ensuring that your customers receive an excellent level of service. You will plan your territory and manage your sales pipeline, using your knowledge of the sector, your sales skills, and your business management experience.
Your client base will include owners and managers of aesthetic medicine clinics, medi-spas, dermatology clinics, and dental practices, and experienced medical professionals. You will identify potential new clients, and sales opportunities within your existing accounts, and convert leads into new business.
You will manage your own accounts, working closely to build relationships, provide an excellent standard of customer service, identify training needs, and maximise sales opportunities.
You will work with KOLs to create training programmes for your clients, so customers can make the most of the product portfolio, helping to increase patient satisfaction with great results, and in turn increasing their own business.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will provide regular reports on your activity and results. Working as part of a team, you will also impart your business knowledge and share insights with your colleagues, so you can help each other and be successful in every territory.

Skills and experience required
You must have business-to-business sales experience in Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical Industries.
Your client base will include senior medical professionals, and you will need to be exceptionally professional, confident and organised at all times.
It is vital that you have excellent communication and presentation skills and excel at account management. You must also be able to provide evidence of your success in sales.
