Recruitment Consultant - Education Trust Education is a thriving award winning education recruitment organisation servicing schools in and around the Yorkshire and East Midlands region. Due to unprecedented growth, we are seeking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to join the team at our newly opened Chesterfield office based at Renishaw Hall & Gardens. This is a predominantly sales focussed recruitment role and is geared towards building business in the education recruitment sector. Job Description Organise visits with established clients to build and solidify relationships Make prospective calls to non-using clients and arrange meetings Ensure clients are aware of the latest candidate availability Utilise platforms such as our bespoke CRM System, website, Facebook, LinkedIn, and job boards to source candidates and to post our latest vacancies Participate in bespoke candidate recruitment campaigns and attending recruitment events to develop the candidate database. Source and Interview candidate Deliver excellent customer service Service and fill all short, medium, and long‑term bookings Qualities & skills required We are looking for a driven sales professional, who can build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
