About the Role: GLG Vets is seeking an exceptional Veterinary Customer Experience Manager to lead our team of Customer Experience Coordinators at a leading veterinary practice in Rotherham. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and is passionate about delivering outstanding service. You will be the driving force in creating a welcoming, friendly, and efficient environment for both customers and their pets. Location: Rotherham Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week Salary: £27,000 pro-rata DOE Benefits: Profit share bonus Long service recognition Income protection Compassionate leave Surgery discounts Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the Customer Experience Coordinators to ensure the highest level of customer service. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure clients feel valued and cared for. Act as the first point of contact for any escalated customer concerns, resolving issues with professionalism and empathy. Ensure efficient and smooth operations at the front desk, managing appointment bookings and patient records. Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere for both clients and the veterinary team. What We're Looking For: Ideally, you will have previous management experience in a customer service or hospitality role, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional client experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team to achieve high standards of service.
