We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join an exciting MarTech ABM scale-up business!
* Source and manage mid-sized and large enterprise deals within the target market 🎯
* Collaborate with Founding AEs and Growth Marketers to build a strong pipeline
* Master product demos and give valuable feedback to the Product, Design, and Engineering teams
* Join at the ground level and help shape the company with an exceptional team 💡
🎯 Must-Haves
* Eager to dive in and get hands-on in a dynamic startup environment
* Experience (1-2 years) in sales or recruitment background
* Drive to build a strong pipeline and grow into a closer role quickly
🌟 Nice-to-Haves
* Prior experience as a BDR/SDR in B2B SaaS
* French, Spanish, or German language skills
💰 Compensation and Office
* Base: £35k - £45k with £20k OTE
* Equity included!
* 4 days per week in the London office
