Job Title: Health & Safety Manager

Salary: £70k - £80k + package (maybe more depending on experience)

We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in Berkshire that specializes in delivering of social housing schemes across the South of England. Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to oversee their sites both inside the M25 and outer counties.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Health & Safety for all sites
*
Work collaboratively with the Site Managers to ensure best practice and encourage a safe working environment
*
Help train and educate both management and site personnel on what best practice looks like on a construction site
Requirements:
*
NEBOSH or equivalent H&S qualification
*
At least 5 years experience working as a Health & Safety Manager for a main contractor
*
Ideally have previously worked in a management role before hand or military background
