OVERALL SUMMARY Join Close Brothers Asset Management Bespoke Investment Team where you will be responsible for the product management and periodic review of the Bespoke Investment Management proposition, reporting to the Commercial Strategy Director. Responsibilities include governance of all Bespoke products including third-party ACD Funds, product development and new business initiative including our offshore proposition, sustainability disclosure requirements for Bespoke, leading the consumer duty program for Bespoke and monitoring cash interest rates. This role will work closely with the Commercial Strategy Director and Head of Bespoke Investment Services to deliver a clear and understood Bespoke IM proposition that meets the needs for our clients. RESPONSIBILITIES Ownership of all product governance for Bespoke Investment Management products including internal periodic product reviews and Consumer Duty published reports. This includes Bespoke IM, 3rd party ACD funds, CITS, CEIS MPS, DMS and offshore. Manage the process and governance for Bespoke proposition development including any new business initiative (NBI) that may be commercially viable, suitable and value add for our clients, which enhances their client experience. Working with the Commercial Strategy Director, introduce and manage an integrated proposition for Bespoke clients while reviewing existing products for business alignment. Lead the Consumer Duty oversight and feedback on Bespoke IM products. Monitor and update accordingly the client cash interest rates available noting movement in the BOE base rate. (Co)Chair the Client and Services, and Product and Services Committees with your Wealth Planning colleague. Responsible for input into and acceptance of service blueprint client journeys, personas, and day in the life for the Bespoke business area Maintain overview of the sustainability disclosure requirements (SDR) in Bespoke. Ensure a continual culture of best client outcomes exists across Bespoke using outcomes from product reviews and other internal and external feedback to drive continuous improvement Ensure all teams continually demonstrate and deliver an approach that ensures key values, and regulatory requirements are met including conduct, culture, client care, diversity and inclusion Regulatory responsibilities ¦ Compliance/T&C Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role, whilst practising effective risk management taking account of outcomes for clients. Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business. Follow principles and rules of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the internal requirements set out in the Compliance Manual, local and Group Compliance and Risk policies. Ensure all product review activities and new initiatives comply with relevant industry regulations and standards, while regularly reviewing and updating processes to align with new regulatory requirements. Identify, assess, and manage regulatory risks associated with new initiatives. Keep up to date with consumer duty regulations to ensure Bespoke products remain compliant. Ensure that digital tools and processes used in new initiatives adhere to data security and privacy regulations. Comply with the PA Dealing policy. Ensure required mandatory training is kept up to date and completed within the set timeframe given by CBAM. WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree related field would be an advantage, but not a requirement. Experience: Extensive experience in product management within investment management, including bespoke products and third-party funds. Governance and Compliance: Strong background in governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Consumer Duty and Sustainability: Experience leading consumer duty programs and managing sustainability disclosure requirements. Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis, product development, and understanding of various investment products.
