I am working with a growing, client-focused financial planning firm seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support the director and leadership team, whilst also making sure that day-to-day operations run smoothly and provide executive-level support. My client has been established for over 25 years, covering everything from Financial Planning, Mortgage advice, and insurance. They are an appointed representative of a large-scale network. What You’ll Do: Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to senior financial planners and executives. You will be the initial point of contact for clients and third parties. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements Client account management. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality. Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a tidy, organised, and professional environment. Act as the point of contact for vendors, IT support, and building management. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory levels. Client & Team Coordination: Greet and assist clients with professionalism and warmth, both in person and over the phone. Support onboarding processes for new clients and employees. Help coordinate team meetings, events, and staff communications. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years in a PA, EA, or Office Manager role (Within Financial Planning). Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programmes. Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities. Social media management experience (Preferred). Trustworthy, professional, and capable of maintaining discretion at all times.
