Delivery and Operations Lead Job
Overview:
• Oversees and coordinates the operational aspects of IT projects.
• Ensures timely and efficient delivery of services to clients.
• Manages project teams, liaises with clients, and ensures project quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Plans, executes, and finalises projects; manages project scope, goals, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Operations Management: Oversees daily operations, develops operational policies, and monitors performance indicators.
• Client Relationship Management: Acts as primary client contact, maintains relationships, and resolves issues.
• Team Leadership: Leads, coaches, and mentors project teams; conducts performance evaluations.
• Quality Assurance: Ensures project deliverables meet quality standards; implements quality control processes.
• Resource Management: Allocates resources, resolves constraints, and maintains resource planning tools.
• Staff Management: day to day management of the team in the office, appraisals, updates and training plans
• Social Media: duties yet to be determined with this
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in IT project management or operations management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Qualification similar to PMP or PRINCE2 are a plus.
Key Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
