What You’ll Do:
1. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent to IFS.
2. Utilize social media, professional networks, job boards and employee referrals to source candidates.
3. Screen CVs conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates.
4. Coordinate interview processes and provide timely feedback.
5. Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System.
6. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, providing transparent communication, personalised interaction and timely feedback.
Qualifications
Who You Are:
7. Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition within the software industry.
8. Demonstrated success in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, identifying, attracting, and hiring high-performing talent.
9. Exceptional stakeholder management skills: ability to build trust and credibility internally and externally.
10. Excellent communicator, both written and verbally.
11. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
12. Committed to fostering and encouraging diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment processes.
13. Agile and adaptable; comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth and global environment
