Job summary The digital access coordinator will be responsible for complete and accurate review of the online consultations which are received by the practice. They will also be responsible for booking the most appropriate appointments for patients and dealing with non-clinical admin requests. Main duties of the job The post holder is responsible for managing the flow of health forms within the Blinx health form inbox across all sites. This role involves timely triage and allocation of health forms to relevant clinicians on EMIS, ensuring effective communication with clinical and non-clinical teams, and managing administrative tasks associated with health forms. The administrator will also monitor daily capacity and adjust digital access as needed to ensure smooth operations. The coordinator will work as part of the Digital Access Team. The team will work together to ensure that tasks are carried out to the required deadlines. The team must respond to circumstances and a positive and flexible approach is required. The Postholder will need to organise their workload and manage their time effectively to ensure that all tasks are completed within the required timescales.
