Who You Are You are a qualified Senior Social Worker with experience in mental health services, including complex case management and supervision of staff. You have a deep understanding of relevant legislation and statutory duties, such as the Equality Act 2010 and the Care Act 2014, and hold high standards of professional practice. You are confident, communicative, and passionate about practicing and upholding social work ethics and values. What the Job Involves As a Senior Social Worker within ISCMP and HTT, you will provide intensive case management to individuals with psychosis or bipolar affective disorder, supporting their recovery and independence. You will be involved in assessment, engagement, relapse prevention, and multidisciplinary collaboration, providing a strong social work perspective within the team. You will also supervise AMHPs and participate in the Bexley-wide AMHP rota, or be willing to train for it. Additionally, you will manage crisis home treatment cases, conduct risk assessments, and make informed decisions about interventions.
