Description As Incident and Client Advisory (ICA) Team Leader you will be uniquely positioned to have a positive impact on our Private Bank Client Operations. Join our team As the Incident and Client Advisory (ICA) Team Leader you will manage a team who report on performance, optimize processes and procedures, and facilitate improved interaction with our business partners. You will drive issue resolution, collaborate with wider IPB stakeholders, including Front Office, and consistently execute on deliverables whilst ensuring adherence with the standards of the firm and relevant regulatory requirements. Job responsibilities Monitors case management outputs and identify and implement improvements Establishes and reports appropriate metrics for ICA inputs, processes and outputs Has Team management responsibilities including performance management and workload distribution Establishes feedback mechanisms with partners (e.g. Onboarding, Client List Screening, Global Financial Crime Compliance, Technology) Updates ICA processes and procedures. Manages system improvements and monitor system integrity Fulfils requests for information from business partners and external parties (e.g. auditors, examiners) Leads case management and special projects as needed Required qualifications, capabilities and skills Extensive experience within financial services, operational or risk management fields and managing teams Strong written and oral communication skills with a "can-do" attitude and passion for driving best practices Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to exercise sound and balanced judgment with great attention to detail Ability to coordinate issues, findings and practices with colleagues across regions and/or divisions Ability to apply business knowledge to new situations and able to approach situations both globally and specific to product area Team player with ability to prioritise in a fast moving, high pressure, constantly changing environment
