**Job Title: Lead Clinician****Location: Pen-Y-Bryn, Flintshire****Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 pro rata (dependent on experience)****Hours: 30 hours per week, any days between Monday- Friday (4 days)****Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks****Essential: Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle required****About the role**We are looking for a Lead Clinician to manage our in-house Clinical Team. Thepostholder will work collaboratively with both the home’s Senior Leadershipteam and the Locality Clinical Lead. The role will be split between clinicallyleading the team and holding a therapy caseload. The postholder will beresponsible for coordinating the line management of the members of the onsiteclinical team. Working collaboratively with the site, you will deliver bespokeassessment and intervention plans for our adults who may present with complexprofiles of need as a result of autism and other types of neurodivergence,developmental trauma and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
