We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to support KS1 students on a full-time basis. Role Overview As a Behaviour Mentor, you will: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to provide tailored behavioural and emotional support to students. Assist in developing positive behaviour strategies and fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment. Provide one-on-one and small-group interventions for students to address behavioural and emotional challenges. Monitor and report on student progress to ensure they achieve their full potential academically and personally. Act as a role model, promoting resilience and self-confidence in young learners.Ideal Candidate Has prior experience working with children, particularly in managing and improving behaviour. Demonstrates patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students. Has strong communication and interpersonal skills. Can effectively implement behaviour management strategies.
