Salary (Actual Salary): £26,956.30 - £27,845.64
Working Pattern: 37 Hours Per Week, Term Time Only plus 25 days.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will come from an administrative background. Previous HR or payroll experience is essential, however further training and CPD is available to the successful applicant if required.
Supporting the Business Manager and wider academy in all aspects of HR and payroll, the HR Assistant will be responsible for administering the payroll function, monitoring and recording staff absence, organising and minute taking at meetings and administering the full recruitment process including pre-employment checks for all new staff.Due to the wide range of duties in this role, applicants must have the ability to manage multiple workloads, communicate effectively with stakeholders of all levels and work collaboratively with other HR professionals and staff members.
