Your Role
As a Senior Creator, your primary focus is great, ground-breaking, conversation starting work that works – ideas that represent the best qualities of social. You will also be expected to have an in-depth knowledge of social media management, from content calendar and community management to reporting and the ever-changing algorithms.
You will lead work across the full spectrum of jobs, from content creation to platform strategy to campaign thinking and managing shoots – this is an opportunity to learn, grow and develop a wide set of skills, as well as focus on those you feel most passionate about.
Championing Work and People:
Your primary focus as a Senior Creator is to champion both the work and the people behind it. Leading and inspiring the team to create their best work to date. As a senior, you will lead multiple projects for some of the World’s biggest brands.Creating work that challenges the preconceptions of ‘what Social is’, redefying best-in-class and creating conversation that echo’s around the world.And we want you to share this enthusiasm and support with the wider team, protecting the craft and artistry of what we do and help build the next generation of talent.
Pitching and Collaboration:
This is a hands-on, roll up your sleeve’s role.Leave your title at the door and get stuck in.We believe strongly in collaboration and working as a team.It’s in our DNA.We will get you working on some BIG pitches from the very get go, and at times, lead them. And when you’re not working on a pitch, we expect everyone to help support - those that are working on them, back filling roles with internal or external support, and managing deadlines to ensure we meet and exceed the needs of all our clients.
Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Associate Creator Directors, this role is a senior position within the team. As such, you will be expected to support, champion and embody the agency's values – together, you set the tone. You will be expected to manage your own projects as well as support others. You need to be comfortable spinning plates as you move into a more Senior position and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
5. Lead day-to-day output, managing multiple deadlines and projects from content creation to strategy.
6. Inspire and support the team, fostering creativity and encouraging growth.
7. Keep ahead of social shifts to remain innovative, adapting trends to keep brands at the forefront of conversations and formats.
8. Ideating for campaigns, BAU, & reactive opportunities across multiple clients, using knowledge of platforms to formulate engaging ideas.
9. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain timely and high-quality content.
10. Building strong relationships with clients.
11. Developing reports, providing recommendations and measurable goals using analytical skills to extract insight from data.
12. Crafting creative copy, ensuring content across channels adheres to the correct tone of voice & guidelines of brands.
13. Make recommendations for costs, timings and managing budgets.
Job Requirements:
14. 6+ years in social marketing or equivalent
15. 2-3+ years in a Mid-Weight role
16. Strong presentation skills
17. Proven craft and design/copy skills
18. Passion for social and creativity
19. Ability to think strategically
20. Strong organisational skills (to manage multiple projects at once)
