Salary: £13,817.22 per annum (£25,907.28 per annum FTE) Hours: 20 hours per week Location: DAA HQ, Exeter, with occasional working from home by arrangement Duration: 1 year fixed term contract The Role Providing an administrative support function to the Facilities Team and Corporate Services Director, the Facilities Administrator's duties will include being responsible for maintaining records in relation to DAA's sites and vehicles, facilitating and minuting meetings, and managing diaries for internal and external activities. The Candidate We're looking for someone who is motivated, has a friendly demeanour and excellent IT skills. They must be able to plan their time accordingly to manage a variety of both routine and non-routine work procedures and practices, whilst maintaining good attention to detail and accountability for their work.
