Our client is an international outsourcing company specialising in technology led, customer experience (CX) solutions. With revenues in excess of £40m and profitable, they provide tailored, scalable, and omni-channel customer service strategies for a variety of clients across a range of industries.
Their in-house software development group has its own leadership, P&L and Mission. The division helps businesses create better customer interactions to achieve great outcomes for everyone. Their contact centre software is known for its versatility, user-friendly design, and innovations with popular third-party services, all of which facilitate seamless, personalised interactions across every channel that empower contact centres to exceed performance expectations.
They have a portfolio of products which is focussed on the CX environment and over the last 3 years has evolved the model of delivery and revenue creation. Moving the business to a Recurring Revenue status now creates increased opportunity to build their products and value much further.
As such they are now looking for an individual to lead the software development business and take it through the next phase of development, doubling over the next 3 years.
