About the Role: At MED-EL Corporation, where innovation meets the joy of sound, we're on the hunt for a social media maestro to amplify our mission: restoring hearing and empowering connection. Help us make waves (and likes) in the digital world by creating campaigns that resonate and content that connects. Primary Responsibilities: Implement and manage social media strategy, aligned with overall Marketing strategies, to build awareness and generate leads. Create and oversee high-quality social media content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc) Develop user experiences on Social Media platforms to support the needs of Sales team. Coordinate focused, integrated social media advertising campaigns with the objective of driving engagement and growth. Develop advanced, engaging digital materials for social media. Identify and establish collaborative partnerships with influencers and other relevant third parties. Interact with customers through various social media platforms to provide support for various products and services. Collaborate and support other digital marketing functions (Email Marketing, Print Media, Search Marketing, etc.). Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media channels and campaigns. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Attend events and conferences to capture digital marketing content. Accept special projects and assignments as business requires. Participate as an active member on cross functional teams/committees as needed (e.g., launch teams). Assist other MED-EL team members in achieving company goals. Position Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). Experience in User Experience/User Interface. Experience with Adobe Suite, including Adobe Photoshop and Premiere. Ability to create for various content mediums, including video and image graphics. Experience working with email marketing platforms, Microsoft CRM Marketing preferred. Experience in paid search and SEO is a plus. Experience working in corporate social media tactics is a plus. Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop and nurture positive working relationships with multiple MED-EL departments. Ability to successfully fulfill responsibilities with minimal supervision. Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner, work efficiently to carry out tasks in assigned areas & assist others to achieve corporate goals. Ability to work cooperatively with other MED-EL staff, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor. Ability to follow the latest guidelines set by the company for issues concerning patients and clinics and inter-office procedures.
