A long-standing, successful Financial Planning practice is looking to expand its Employee Benefits / Corporate team in the Weybridge office by bringing on Specialist to provide client-facing, technical support to the corporate consultants.
This company is in a growth period and prides itself on a strong values-focused and innovative work culture. They are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has experience supporting with Group Risk products, Medical benefits and Pension products for corporate clients.
This role will be to support the Corporate Consultants and involves dealing with products such as:
1. Group Pension schemes
2. Group Life Assurance
3. Group Death in Service
4. Life policies
5. Income Protection
6. Critical Illness
7. Medical benefits such as PMI, Cash Plans, Dental
Role Responsibilities:
8. Maintaining a portfolio of corporate clients
9. Act as the point of contact with corporate clients via telephone & email
10. Liaising with 3rd parties such as product providers
11. Relationship building with corporate clients
12. Use of internal CRM systems to update client information
13. Adhere to data protection & FCA regulations
Whats needed to be considered?
14. Previous experience in a Employee Benefits or Corporate Administration role
15. A keen interest in Workplace Employee Benefits
16. Proven experience in providing quality support & building credible client relationships
17. CII qualifications would be a bonus
18. Experience using IT Systems and Software including platform/provider websites and portals
