Your new company
A successful regional housebuilding contractor seeks an experienced Contracts manager to join their busy team. Working across North and West Yorkshire, they typically work on projects of upto 250 units in size, both housing associations and private, all build types. Due to multiple project awards, they are now running with a record number of projects and as such, are looking to add an additional contracts manager. Working from a purpose built office, they have an extremely stable team across both commercial and operational departments and offer a strong pipeline of work, with projects for the next 36 months already secured.
Your new role
As Contracts manager, you will work closely with the delivery and commercial teams as well as external consultants to ensure the smooth running of upto 4 schemes. You will be responsible for all aspects of site set up, delivery and handover including site mobilisation, program, recruitment, health & safety oversight, design co-ordination and client liaison. You will report to the Construction Director as part of a close-knit team of 3 working from the office with regular site visits.
What you'll need to succeed
This is a key role within the business with the successful candidate expected to hit the ground running.
