About the role
As a Youth Hub Work Coach, you will be responsible for supporting a caseload of young people (aged 16-24) to access employment,
education and training opportunities through coaching and delivering interventions. You will deliver support through a mixture of
face to face, virtual and phone one-to-one sessions and group interventions.
You will be responsible for creating and implementing tailored support plans for service users whilst ensuring they remain engaged
and motivated. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will enable you to provide holistic employment support with
the common goal of moving young people towards work.
About you
Person Centred Support Approach: you will work with young people to meet their needs whilst building rapport and overcoming
challenges.
Case Management Skills: proficiency in managing caseloads, conducting initial assessments and reviewing in case management
meetings.
Record Keeping and Reporting: ability to maintain accurate records and report outcomes whilst adhering to confidentiality
compliance.
Collaboration and Partnership Working: strong communication skills to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders for
the benefit of service and service users.
Following Process and Procedure: adhering to Safeguarding and Health & Safety policies.

You will hold a full clean driving licence and have access to your own vehicle for business use.
