We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Dorchester Mill, DT2 7TU.

Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Working hours: You will be contracted to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.30pm. There will also be a requirement to cover Saturdays on a rota basis, 8.00am until 2.00pm.
What you’ll be doing as Customer Service Coordinator:
* Ensuring customer expectations are met and orders placed on the mills are achievable.
* Monitoring incoming calls and emails to ensure that orders and queries are processed in a timely manner.
* Working with our Field Sales team on lead times and ensuring that all incoming orders are processed professionally.
* Liaising with our Operations and Sales Team colleagues to ensure that production constraints are considered and customer expectations are effectively managed.
* Maintaining and updating a library of Standard Operating Procedures covering the general functions carried out by the team.
* Supporting the training and development requirements of colleagues from the Customer Service team and other areas of the business.
* Preparing for and attending sales and other meetings as required.
