An exciting opportunity has arisen at French Connection and we are looking for an Assistant Manager in our Glasgow Store, could that be you?
This is a permanent role working 39 hours per week. Shifts are over 5 days a week, and must be flexible.
The successful applicant will have comparable experience gained within a fast-paced high street retailer, and will combine an outgoing personality with a genuine love of the French Connection brand.

Key areas of responsibility will be:
1. Maximising the store's sales and profitability
2. Delivering unequalled levels of customer service through the team
3. Motivating the team and assisting them in achieving agreed objectives
4. Liaising with peers and Head Office departments
5. Developing the brand name and image of the company through compliance with all company policy and procedures
6. Promoting high visual merchandising standards; ensuring that store housekeeping standards are continually achieved
