The Rehancement Group (TRG) is seeking a Project Manager.
This position requires an Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Executes project objectives and strategic direction.
2. Focuses on performing/conducting Quality Review, planned and random, for self and Contractor team; recommends any corrective actions.
3. Serves as leadership and communicates vision to client and project teams, as a key facilitator between multiple teams to achieve objectives of complex efforts.
4. Project Manager for the inventory/records management teams, responsible for all project activities, administrative and programmatic, and ensures that deadlines are met.
5. Monitors and assists with maintaining budget and human resources/staffing requirements.
6. Provides administrative management and reporting of the electronic data. Establishes and/or maintains authorized user list, record types, space management, retrieval profiles, standard reports, records disposition, user training, and other related administrative functions.
7. Has strong knowledge and understanding of inventory and records management functions including, but not limited to filing mail, inventorying records, disposition concepts, and records lifecycle management.
8. Conducts all management administrative tasks related to the contract.
9. Interfaces with Government, facilitating communication between TRG and Government.
10. Collaborates with HR/Talent Acquisition to hire and maintain staffing levels with high productivity.
11. Manages Contractor employees' work schedules.
12. Provides monthly status and quality reports, including cost information.
13. Addresses productivity and professional conduct issues, including Performance Improvement Plans (PIP).
14. Manages additional employees, surge support as needed.
15. Ensures employees are held to productivity output standards; proactively monitors and reports the stats routinely on the files that are being inventoried; recommends corrective measures to Government management.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business or related degree and/or equivalent specialized experience in management required.
2. Active DOD Top Secret Clearance required.
3. A minimum of 5 years' experience in information and records management applications is required.
4. PMP Certification preferred. Will consider non-PMP certified with a commitment to future certification.
5. Possesses demonstrated knowledge, experience in the development of solutions, recommendations, or outcomes across multiple complex tasks.
6. Must possess and demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
7. Ability to work in a large high-tech building/environment.
8. Experience in managing and leading large teams.
9. Experience in client relationship management and presenting metrics to client in formal structured format.
10. Capable of performing quantitative and qualitative work that is measured in final product and/or production.
11. Has the personality traits to be a source of influence, encouragement, motivation, and a leader that earns allegiance and loyalty; a People Person.
12. Capable of standing/sitting for prolonged periods of time.
13. Capable of operating carts (e.g., utility carts, shelving carts, platform trucks, etc.).
