Graduate SEN Trainee Teaching Assistant
Location: Preston
Hours: 08:30 - 15:30
Pay Rate: £12.90+ per hour
Teaching Personnel are currently working with a number of specialist schools across Preston. Due to an increase in demand we are now looking to expand our pool of support staff, whether you are seeeking work on a fulltime, parttime or flexible basis, we have the role for you.
Suitable for all graduates - Willingness and desire to work with children with SEN is essential, confidendce with personal care is also important.
Job Role Specification:
* Desire and willing to work 1:1 with children with mild and complex special educational needs.
* Confident, resilient and empathetic.
* Understand the importance of teamwork.
* Providing acaemic support to pupils with SEN and SEMH needs.
* Promote pupils' cognititve, social, emotional, behavioural and physcial development through the curriculum.
* Support with daily activities in the classroom.
