Service Coordinator/Administrator Salary: £25,000 plus fantastic benefits Location: Romsey Hours: Monday to Friday 9AM to 5.30PM Benefits include: Free car parking 20 days holiday per annum (this will increase by 1 day for each year of service up to a maximum of 25 days) Private healthcare Dynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established service provider who are based in Romsey. Due to growth plans our client is looking to recruit a Coordinator to join their service team. As a Service Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting with the coordination of pre-planned services. It will involve direct communication with UK customers and internal liaison across multiple departments to enable the company to fulfill projects. Responsibilities will include: Working with the UK service and sales team to coordinate projects from start to finish Liaising with customers after the initial sale has been completed to discuss delivery schedules, engineer visits and project completion plans Providing any necessary site paperwork to ensure successful completion of projects Liaising with production to ensure products and/or parts are pre-booked for final test and inspection. Liaising with operations to ensure delivery times for products/parts are on schedule, coordinating invoice alerts. To provide quotations Preparing service documentation Providing full administrative support to the team To manage customers in a professional manner via email and on the telephone To build and provide support to engineers to schedule in service visits. The successful coordinator will have/be: Well organized A good negotiator and have the ability to build good relationships A good written & verbal communicator Capable of working on their own or as part of a team Highly computer literate and competent in using Microsoft Office To be considered please submit your CV asap INDH
