A World-Changing Company
Palantir builds the world's leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more.
The Role
We're looking for a Learning Program Manager to join a cross-functional group of operators and specialists who are responsible for executing on people initiatives that support Palantir's talented employees, work, and values. Our mandate is broad, and you'll work on projects that span People Experience operational responsibilities as well as internal events, new hire onboarding, and logistics support.
Working alongside other Learning Program Managers, you will be responsible for supporting projects and programs across People Experience, Events, and Learning. As the operational backbone on key people experience initiatives, you will learn, execute, and improve processes to streamline workflows and scale your team's reach. You'll track and stabilise projects, remove roadblocks, and anticipate business stakeholders' needs in order to enable company-wide programming. You are a person who loves fixing problems, creating structure, and embraces the best idea - even when it is not your own. The Learning Program Manager role and its surrounding organisation aren't rigidly defined, so it's important that you can navigate an unstructured environment with savvy and pick up new skills along the way.
Core Responsibilities
* Own operational workflows across the People Experience team, spanning new hire onboarding, learning programs, and internal events.
* Coordinate logistics for new hire onboarding including calendaring, communicating with new hires, and light facilitation, across all of our global offices.
* Book travel arrangements (domestic and international).
* Help plan, support, and execute internal events and external gatherings.
* Work directly with external stakeholders, as well as internal teams (e.g. Finance, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Recruiting, Legal, Information Security, etc.) to coordinate the full life cycle for event logistics, contracts, and payments.
* Research and onboard new resources to scale team's reach.
What We Value
* Strong organisation and problem-solving skills. You should be able to anticipate challenges and complications, multitask in a rapidly-changing environment, and use good judgement in making appropriate tradeoffs when executing on competing priorities.
* A creative approach to project management centred around lightweight frameworks that enable rapid iteration and low-overhead methods of keeping our partnering teams informed.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders and build positive working relationships.
* Strong attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records and diligently tracking key project metrics and reporting.
* Experience with project and event management software; proficiency with Jira and Splash is a plus.
What We Require
* 2+ years experience in an operational role, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic environment.
* Ability and willingness to be onsite (London, UK) 4-5 days per week.
