You'll know what it takes to be a Rural Surveyor already.
Ideally, you'll be MRICS, with five years PQE experience, but candidates more junior will also be considered. Being a RICS Registered Valuer is required in order to produce Red Book valuations.
This role will involve the valuation of rural and prime residential assets, compulsory purchase, negotiations, rural landlord and tenant, expert witness work and anything else profitable and within your skill set. You'll be expected to work within a team and autonomously, taking sole responsibility for instructions from start to finish.

The office is multi-disciplined within the sector and covers much of the Southeast, meaning that no two days are ever the same and you'll have loads to go at. There is opportunity to become the 'go-to' professional for rural and residential advice in the region.
You'll progress your career to step up to manage a small, dedicated team. Working primarily within the multi-disciplinary Sevenoaks office, you will be responsible for the rural valuation and advisory business across Kent, East Sussex and the eastern half of Surrey.
You'll have the opportunity to have wider influence on the team and be the go-to resource in the local market for all things rural.
