37 hours per week We are looking for a PA and Administrative Assistant to support the Vice Principal of Business Growth, Skills & Partnership whilst overseeing the contracts and Bids process Solihull College & University Centre. The ideal candidate will have a track record of supporting senior leaders in a professional environment as a personal assistant, secretary or administrator. They will be highly organised and an experienced user of Microsoft Office 365 and web-based business systems. They will be responsible for providing a high standard of secretarial and administrative support to the Vice Principal, Business Development Director, the College Legal Counsel and the wider employer services team. They will also be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the College’s contracts and Bids process. For the next stage in the process, you will be required to attend the College’s premises.
