NantHealth is adding an Associate Product Manager to our team in Belfast, Northern Ireland. This position offers the flexibility to work in a hybrid capacity from our Belfast office. The selected employee must live in a commutable distance to the office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist in defining product requirements and enhancements based on feedback from the product management team and cus tomer insights. Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, specifications, and other materials needed for development. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product requirements and execution. Attend daily engineering standups to track progress and address development roadblocks. Provide timely and structured feedback to the product management team regarding engineering updates, potential blockers, and key development insights. Contribute to backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization discussions to support efficient product development workflows. Monitor and track key product development milestones and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders. Participate in testing, product demonstrations, and stakeholder feedback sessions to refine product features. Education & Experience Requirements: University degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 0-2 years of relevant professional experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field (internship experience considered) Previous experience in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to communicate with our internal teams during daily standup meetings and update other internal stakeholders on the progress and risks discussed during these calls Ability to communicate with external customers and vendors regarding matters that require some explanation or interpretation While deep technical expertise isn't required, a solid understanding of software development principles and a comfort level working with engineering teams is essential. An ability to grasp technical concepts and translate them into user-focused requirements is key. Ability to solve general product development and prioritization challenges Ability to provide insight and recommendations based on analysis of engineering feedback and product needs Comfort and ability working under supervision on product management initiatives Ability to influence decisions within the job area by providing well-structured data and insights Experience with simple database queries and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau) is a plus.
