An internationally renowned design practice at the forefront of large-scale infrastructure and transport projects worldwide, seeks a highly motivated Architect to join their dynamic Transport team in central London.
This critically acclaimed central London practice is interested in meeting a highly motivated architect who have experience in large-scale projects, transport experience is desirable.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, and planners to deliver exceptional and innovative transport solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Work across a major London landmark project.
* Lead coordination with local authorities and consultants.
* Extensive collaboration of design ideas.
* Produce and manage design and technical information.
* Ensure that the design of stations integrates seamlessly with the surrounding urban environment.
* Collaborate with other disciplines, such as civil engineering, structural engineering, and mechanical and electrical engineering, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
* Stay abreast of the latest developments in transport architecture and building technology.
Skills and Experience
* Part III-qualified or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years of Architectural practice experience
* Strong technical capabilities working through RIBA Stages 3-4
* Microstation experience is preferred but not essential
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Passion for sustainable and innovative design.
