We are seeking passionate and dedicated Secondary School Teachers for the upcoming academic year starting in January 2025, on a permanent basis. Day-to-day of the role:
* Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
* Maintain discipline through well-focused teaching and through positive and productive classroom management.
* Contribute to the development of the school curriculum and participate in curriculum activities.
* Provide feedback to parents and guardians on a pupil’s progress at parents’ evenings and other meetings.
* Stay up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum.
* Act as a mentor to students, providing support and guidance with their educational and personal development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Right to work in the UK.
* A degree in a relevant subject area.
* Experience teaching at the secondary level.
* Strong knowledge of the UK national curriculum.
* Excellent classroom management skills.
* Ability to create an environment that promotes learning and encourages curiosity.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
