PR Administrator - Family Leave Cover

Job Responsibility:
This role is a full-time, temporary position for a period of up to 12 months to cover Family Leave. In our blended approach to hybrid working, we expect our people to work a minimum of 40% of their week from a Seasalt Office in Cornwall, with the remaining 60% from home (or your chosen location - however, you must be based in the UK).
You'll help us by:
* Liaising with our consumer PR agencies in the UK and the US, along with partners' in-house press office teams and agencies.
* Providing PR support for new stores, innovations, and experiences to create excitement and drive awareness for the Seasalt brand.
* Working with the wider Marketing Team to provide stories and content to support our seasonal collections and product launches.
* Writing effective PR materials including press releases and briefing documents.
* Planning and attending seasonal press launches and managing events.
* Coordinating day-to-day PR samples for media, influencers, and external agencies.
* Maintaining a good knowledge of the social media landscape and fashion trends.
The skills you'll be sharing with the team:
* First class communication skills.
* Experience in PR agency, in-house, marketing communications, or journalism.
* Keen awareness of relevant media titles and the social influencer landscape.
* Knowledge of MS suite.
* Understanding of the fashion industry and a positive approach to story generation.
* Enthusiastic, social, confident, and hardworking.
* Able to multitask, organised with meticulous attention to detail.
* Self-motivated and proactive.
* Independent thinker with a creative eye.
