We are seeking a talented and driven ESOL Curriculum Manager to join our highly successful and inclusive Sixth Form College. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and forward-thinking professional with a passion for teaching and managing ESOL provision, as well as a strong commitment to quality assurance and curriculum leadership.
The successful candidate will lead and develop our ESOL provision, ensuring an outstanding learning experience for students across Adult, Community, International, and 16-18 pathways. A key focus of this role will be on managing and enhancing quality processes, including Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) and External Quality Assurance (EQA), to uphold the highest teaching and learning standards. You will play a pivotal role in curriculum design, staff development, and performance monitoring, ensuring that learners receive exceptional support and clear progression routes into further education and employment.
As we expand our provision, particularly for adult learners and 16-18 students, you will drive the development of new programmes that align with learner needs and industry requirements. Collaboration with external partners, including employers, colleges, and community organisations, will be crucial in creating additional learning and employment opportunities.
This role requires a strategic and student-focused leader who can embed rigorous quality assurance processes while fostering an engaging, inclusive, and high-achieving learning environment.
