* Support students with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
* Assist the classroom teacher in adapting learning materials and resources to meet individual learning styles.
* Provide 1:1 support to pupils during lessons, helping them to focus and engage in their learning.
* Encourage positive social interaction and help with developing communication and life skills.
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the SENCO and classroom teachers.
Previous experience working with children with SEN, either in a classroom or care setting, is desirable but not essential.
* A caring, patient, and empathetic approach with a genuine passion for helping children with SEN succeed.
* Flexibility, creativity, and a proactive attitude in addressing individual student needs.
* Minimum GCSE qualifications (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.
