Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable/receivable and assist with financial reporting. Prepare financial statements and support payroll runs. Perform bank and credit card reconciliations. Maintain purchase order processing systems and handle financial queries. Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations. About You: Experience in bookkeeping, payroll, or finance administration. Proficient in Excel and familiar with financial software (e.g., Xero). Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
